Priced on decisions, not seats
A decision is one answered signup. You pay for the answers you actually use, the free plan stops at its cap instead of billing you by surprise, and nothing here charges you for adding a colleague.

There is no detection tier. The same signals, the same linking, the same challenge flows and the same custom rules run on the free plan as on the largest one. What changes with price is how many signups you can answer, how long the history is kept, and how many people can read it.
Shadow mode is included everywhere too, because a fraud tool you cannot evaluate on your own traffic before enforcing is a fraud tool you should not install. See what a decision looks like before you decide.
Questions people ask before signing up
- What counts as a decision?
One answered signup. A call to the decisions endpoint that returns allow, challenge or deny counts once. Retrying the same signup after a network error does not double-count, and challenge outcomes, webhooks and dashboard views are not decisions.
- What happens when I hit the cap?
On the free plan the answer becomes a documented error rather than a bill, so your signup flow keeps working and you decide what to do next. On paid plans decisions continue past the cap and the overage appears on the next invoice.
- Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan takes 500 decisions a month with no card at all, which is enough to run a week of shadow mode on most products and see what the answers look like on your own traffic.
- Is there a charge per seat?
No. Seats are included with the plan, and the price follows the number of signups you answer rather than the number of people reading the feed.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
Decisions age out on the retention window your plan carries, and you can export the feed as CSV at any time. Emails are stored canonicalized and hashed with the raw address encrypted, and card numbers never reach us in the first place.
